As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, the At Home With Diversity designation is one of my proudest achievements in the Real Estate industry. Fair housing is a great concern of mine, for all members of our community, and with the At Home With Diversity training, I have greater awareness that inclusion and visibility are important aspects of a relationship with any client, but especially those from disadvantaged or at-risk communities.
Whether it is working to find inspectors, attorneys and lenders who speak my clients’ language, seeking to understand unique needs for access, or awareness of specific cultural priorities, I endeavor to work with my clients of every background to ensure that the home buying or selling experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
